Poachers Wedding Open Day – 25 October 2026

Experience a Poachers Wedding on Sunday, 25 October 2026 at our spring Wedding Open Day.

A guided tour will be hosted by Poachers’ General Manager, Lauren Allen at 11:30AM.

Where: Poachers, 431 Nanima Road, Springrange NSW. Starting in the Poachers Marquee Gardens.*
When: 11.30AM-1.30PM.

*Park in the main guest carpark. Follow the path past the restaurant and to the white garden marquee.

See the Marquee and Marquee Gardens, Restaurant Lawns and Homestead Lawn and Golden Elm dressed for a wedding.
Gain insight into Poachers’ multiple wedding spaces, understand the planning process to make your special day simply perfect.
Discuss date availability, including options for an evening or day time wedding and chat to select wedding vendors who will be in attendance.

Treat yourself to a glass of Poachers Vineyard wine or local beer with a canape or two in the marquee gardens.
A bar will be available for additional beverage purchases on the day.

We encourage guests to reserve a table separately for lunch in the Restaurant should you wish to stay on and try the style of Poachers’ beautiful seasonal menu.

Reservations for the Wedding Open Day are a must.

Couples who have already booked a Poachers wedding are welcome to attend on the day. It is a great idea to bring your fiancé or family members who’ve not yet seen the space.
