Join us at Poachers’ for our annual truffle dinner. Created by Executive Chef, Adam Wilson, the menu consists of seven seasonal dishes using award-winning Terra Preta Black Truffles from Braidwood, NSW.
Cost: $140 per person + beverage. An optional Poachers Vineyard wine pairing is available.
Date: Saturday, 26th July 2025.
Time: Reservations from 6PM.
Booking confirmation
If a confirmation email text/email is not received within 24 hours of booking then the booking is not confirmed and we cannot accept responsibility if the reservation is not in place. Please contact Poachers on 02 6230 2487 to confirm the booking.
Dietary Requirements
All of our produce is fresh & seasonal. Dietaries must be noted at time of booking to ensure we can cater to your needs. We may not be able to cater to dietaries that are not listed on the booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations and reservation changes must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
